What to Use

Raspberreis
  • 24oz yogurt (plain or flavored. I prefer to use non-dairy yogurt, but use your favorite yogurt)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • Assorted toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, granola, or dried fruit
  • Experiment with different yogurt flavors like strawberry, vanilla, or coconut.
  • Create themed barks using toppings that complement each other, like tropical fruits for a summer twist or nuts and dark chocolate for a decadent version.

How to make Frozen Yogurt Bark:

  • Mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl for sweetness. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  • Stir until the sweetener is evenly distributed in the yogurt, creating a smooth and sweet base.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Pour the sweetened yogurt onto the tray, spreading it evenly to your desired thickness. I like mine to be about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Get creative with your toppings! Sprinkle fresh fruits, nuts, granola, dark chocolate chips, or other favorites over the yogurt. Gently press the toppings down into the yogurt so they stay.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze until completely set, usually for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  • Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer. The yogurt bark should be solid.
  • Use a knife to break the bark into rustic pieces or cut it into neat squares, depending on your preference.
  • Serve the frozen yogurt bark immediately as a refreshing snack or dessert option.
  • Store any leftovers in the freezer, separated by parchment paper, for future indulgences.
